At Glamp & Tipple, we are a small, exclusive luxury glamping site set on beautiful Norfolk farmland. Offering five individually themed yurts and four brand-new luxury cabins, we provide high-end glamping complete with private hot tubs, private heated bathrooms and everything you need for a truly memorable escape.
Open all year round, you can enjoy magical, cosy glamping 365 days of the year. Snuggle beside the log burner, relax beneath the stars in your private hot tub and enjoy the perfect countryside break—whatever the season.
Five Individually Themed Luxury Yurts
Our five luxury, heated, stargazing yurts each have their own individual theme and colour scheme, making every one completely unique.
Each yurt includes:
- A private, covered wood-fired hot tub with jets and lights
- A private heated bathroom with a flushing toilet and electric shower
- A private kitchen with a double gas hob and full-size fridge/freezer
- A cosy log-burning stove
- A large charcoal BBQ
- A fire pit
- Crockery, glassware, cutlery, utensils and much more—all included in the accommodation price
Four New Luxury Cabins – Opening March 2027
We are delighted to be expanding Glamp & Tipple with four beautiful new luxury wooden cabins, opening and available to book from 26th March 2027.
Each spacious cabin will accommodate up to four guests and feature:
- A luxurious king-size bed with sumptuous teddy-fleece bedding
- A comfortable double sofa bed
- Privacy drapes between the sleeping and living areas
- A private wood-fired hot tub with jets and lights
- A private heated bathroom with an electric shower and flushing toilet
- A private, fully equipped kitchen area
- A log-burning stove
- A Smart TV
- Unlimited electricity and Wi-Fi
- A private outdoor dining area
- A charcoal BBQ and fire pit
Two of the cabins—Veuve and Roederer —will also have their own private four-person electric barrel sauna, complete with panoramic glass.
Cabin guests will also have access to a communal, fully equipped washing-up room, conveniently located beside the bathrooms, with a washing machine and tumble dryer available.

Family-Friendly Glamping
Glamp & Tipple is fully family-friendly, with a children’s play area and a large covered communal games space. Guests can enjoy a pool table, table tennis, table football, darts, giant garden games, and a volleyball and badminton net. Selected accommodation is also dog-friendly, so your four-legged family members don’t have to miss out!
Our aim is to give every guest a unique and memorable experience. With our extensive range of additional options, we can tailor your stay to suit your personal requirements.
We particularly love welcoming guests who have never tried glamping before—come and “give it a try”; we think you’ll be pleasantly surprised!
Our Working Farm Location
The site is located at Rookery Farm, a beautiful and bustling working farm in Great Ellingham, Norfolk. Watton Road serves the farm and carries other traffic at various times throughout the day.
Due to our countryside location, guests should expect a certain amount of activity around the site, which may occasionally generate some noise. We hope this won’t affect your enjoyment of your stay.
