Glamping Cornwall
Come glamping in Bude, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which really does live up to its name. Here, Crackington Haven Beach is just a short walk away and an easy drive from family favourites like Boscastle, Tintagel and Padstow, not to mention the lovely coastal town of Bude itself.
There’s no arguments on who’s going to put the tent up, as with Ready Camp, each tent is complete with full beds, a comfy lounge and dining area, a mini kitchen and your own terrace which is perfectly lit for night time relaxation. You will find all that you need whether you choose to stay for a short break or longer holiday, all you need to bring is your own bedding and essentials to get your holiday started!
First stop is Crackington Haven beach, a quiet sandy cove that’s within walking distance of your Bude glamping digs. Don’t forget your bucket and spade as it’s prime rockpool territory with plenty of sandy areas too – the children will love it!
And for those of you who prefer a challenge, why not follow the South West Coast Path for a couple of miles towards Boscastle and pause at the aptly named High Cliff. It’s the highest cliff in England at more than 700 ft! There is also the delightful coastal town of Boscastle, with it’s beautiful natural harbour and quaint stone buildings.
Beaches around Bude are famous for watersports, particularly surfing…so if you fancy trying out something new, why not have some family friendly tuition available at Widemouth Bay? And what’s a British seaside holiday without crab-fishing? Head to The Breakwater on Summerleaze Beach and Crooklets Beach in Bude for some great crabbing!
