Foot of the Downs near Brighton
Here at Foot of The Downs we offer glamping in pods and a shepherd hut on our family owned farm situated in the picturesque village of Fulking, in the heart of the South Downs National Park. The shepherds huts and our two glamping pods are situated in a secluded spot and are a perfect rural retreat for walkers, cyclists, families, friends and couples. During the day, there is lots to do, with rural walks and cycles on the South Downs Way straight from your accommodation and the city of Brighton is just a short drive away.
The farm has won the much esteemed FWAG Silver Lapwing award, which recognises our outstanding efforts to promote good habitats and environmental management. We recognise the importance of producing food while making space for nature. While walking on the South Downs, you will see us on local signs to Meet the Farmer. David is super enthusiastic about all areas of farming and will be very happy to talk to you about all aspects of the farm during your stay.
If you would like, we provide a continental or full english breakfast hamper and BBQ packs, which can be booked as extra at time of booking. If you feel like eating out we are a short walk to the local pub and there are other pubs, restaurants and cafes close by.
