Our new West Lexham Garden Kitchen, provides fresh fruit, veg, salad and herbs and our chefs work with only the freshest, locally-sourced organic ingredients with menu changes with the seasons.
Also on site you will find Wild swimming, our Sanctuary Garden, Lakeside walks, Chalk Stream, an Abundance of wildlife and a Naturally filtered Swimming Pool open May to September. TREEHOUSES – Sleeps 2 to 6 people
Sleep amid the swaying branches, cosy and embraced in your very own tree. Teeming with nature and wildlife, the forest welcomes you. We have treehouses big and small sleeping 2 to 6 people. Our 6 treehouses Tilia Tree House, Quercus Tree House Tinker Tree House, Sunrise Tree House, Ash Tree Temple and Owl Tree Temple include

BELL TENTS – Sleeps 4
Raised up on decking and surrounded by wild flowers, all of our bell tents are located next to the river or lake. Enjoy vibrant, up-cycled furniture, plush bedding and twinkling fairy lights and wake up to the sounds of birds.
The Bell tents are moments from your dedicated wash house (between 50 and 70 meters). The Wash House is our pride and joy with 5 shower room, each with a toilet and one with a bath and baby changing facilities. All are underfloor heated and individually decorated with funky tiles. Organic, nature-friendly soap and shampoo included.

Our Bell tent holidays are open to stay from April to October.
There is no electricity in the bell tents, but you are able to use electricity sockets in the Kitchen Garden Cafe.
CABINS – Sleeps 2
Spread amongst the trees our cabins are the perfect way to sleep in nature with all the creature comforts. Four of our cabins have their own en-suite bathrooms, with Roost and Gaggle using our shared garden washhouse and come with sumptuous double bed with luxury linens.
The cabins come equipped with renewable electricity and heating, making them the perfect place to cosy up in the colder months and include

THE GARDEN WASH HOUSE
The Japanese inspired garden wash house has 5 individual bathrooms, each with it’s own individual style and beautiful tiling, fittings and underfloor heating. There are 4 showers and one bath and shower. This communal facility is regularly cleaned and is around 50m from the cabins and bell tents.
FACILTIES
We have 22 acres of land for you to explore. The land here is criss-crossed by ley lines and we can point you to powerful energy spots. We are in rural nature with plentiful wildlife, flowers and foliage, there’s always something to see. Our lawn is the perfect space to play games, and picnics, or you can head across the river and get lost in amongst the trees.
Enjoy full use of our onsite amenities during your stay, including –
- Swimming Pool (Open May to September) naturally filtered, meaning it is devoid of any harsh chemicals. It is heated by our biomass boiler, making it even more eco-friendly.

ORGANIC PRODUCE
Our Garden uses organic produce and is guided by the seasons. We grow an abundance of heritage fruit and vegetables, herbs, edible flowers and unusual varieties from our outdoor garden and two poly tunnels. Our menus are supplemented with gorgeous local and artisanal Norfolk produce, bringing out the very best of Norfolk food.
We are really proud to supply some of Norfolk’s most well-known and loved restaurants. From Benedicts in Norwich, Nest Farmhouse in Docking and Meadowsweet in Holt, helping to ensure produce is locally sourced and organic.
Our Gardener Lucy always welcomes visitors so do pop up and have a look around whilst you are with us.
We can also create Fruit and Veg boxes for guests, if required. Please do ask us for more information and pricing on this.
FURTHER ACCOMMODATION
For group accommodation, both the Barn and the Village Hall offer the perfect spaces for a larger group, retreat or family gathering.
The entire site has accommodation for up to 100, made up of smaller venues which can each be hired separately.
