Glamping Suffolk with Hot Tub

All the accommodation units have a private loo, basin and hot shower, as well as traditional kitchen facilities with Belfast sink and hot and cold running water. Beds are ready-made and organic towels provided. Luxury Lodge Tents are set in wooded glades overlooking one of many wildflower meadows, with nature trails on the doorstep. These tents are beautifully furnished (including a hand crafted 4-poster bed) for a country-inspired home away from home.  The Two Storey Tent (yes there are stairs in the tent!) has the wow factor and is beautifully furnished.  The quirky Gypsy’s Rest (gypsy caravan with shepherd’s hut), and Horsebox Hideaway, provide their own special charms with wooded surrounds, meadow views and the highest glamping standards. Each booking supports the nature conservation charity which owns the site. Secret Meadows ‘Specials’ include luxury food hampers, wood-fired hot tub, hen coop hire and bushcraft workshops and there is an onsite pantry shop stocked by the local farm shop.

Secret Meadows has a Green Tourism Gold Award and won the national award from Visit England for Best Camping, Glamping & Holiday Park of the Year as well as various regional awards.  The site has been featured in the Saturday Telegraph’s ‘Four of the Best’, the Guardian’s ‘Top 10 Cabins and Lodges’, the Independent’s ’50 Best Nights Under Canvas’ and Mumsnet’s ’10 Best Glamping Sites’.

This is a wonderful part of Suffolk to stay as so much is within easy reach, yet when you are here you feel as though you are completely away from it all. For days out, Secret Meadows is close to the beautiful market towns of Woodbridge and Framlingham, and within easy reach of the Suffolk coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty including Aldeburgh, Southwold, Walberswick, Orford and Dunwich.

Secret Meadows is a totally magical place and we’ve all had an absolutely blissful time here. Please don’t change a thing. We’ll be back! Thank you!  A. J. A., Cambridge

We have had an amazing time. The lodges are absolutely beautiful, the surroundings are breathtaking and Ross and Charlotte could not have been more kind or helpful. We loved the Pantry – great idea – and the visit to the cows (Thanks Ross!). We can’t wait to come back! H.G., Whitstable

An amazing place! Every need thought about and catered for. Incredibly tasteful furnishings with the ‘wow’ factor as you enter. Wonderful time with whole family! Will be back.
