WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU
You just need to bring some BEDDING. There will be a bottom sheet on the bed so bring pillows, duvet and towels. Otherwise, please bring personal items, toiletries, insect repellent, a torch, clothes and food.
If you are bringing a dog please bring a bed for him/her to sleep on, and a good stake-out lead

CAMPING
Choose from a corner in the shaded woods or in one of the clearings, or pitch your tent in one of the two meadow areas. Choose your own space for your tent when you arrive, there’s a happy place for everyone! No restriction on tent size but please note we do not take groups of more than four people.

DOGS
Our campsite welcomes quiet, well behaved dogs. Dogs must be kept on short leads or tie outs at all times when they are not in the cabin or tent. You will be sharing your camp with the wildlife who live there, we want you to enjoy the environment, and we want the wildlife to be able to enjoy it too! There are many excellent paths for dog walking in the area, and we provide a doggy bin so you can keep the area clean and hygienic.

LOCAL AREA
Our water meadow hosts all sorts of birds and wildlife, patience and a good pair of binoculars will be rewarded! Deer are sometimes seen in the meadow and it is a good hunting ground for birds of prey.

The surrounding countryside is ideal for walking, and there are many excellent footpaths and interesting places to visit nearby. We also have local maps for you to borrow during your stay and a small campsite shop.
