Rhyd y Galen Glamping Shepherd’s Hut in Wales is located in one of the most stunning parts of the world, in a beautiful area between Snowdonia and the sea. Nearby there are stunning vistas, from sandy beaches to rugged mountains. Discover the World Heritage Site of Caernarfon, only 2 miles away and cross the Menai Straits to visit the Isle of Anglesey with its beautiful beaches.  From gentle strolls along the beautiful beaches to experiencing the stunning views from the peaks of Snowdonia, the local area has something for everyone.

Our Shepherd’s Hut is the perfect place to unwind, enjoy the great outdoors or relax in front of the cosy wood burner. Set in a peaceful glade, near a brook, where you can sit and relax to the sound of birdsong, the Shepherd’s Hut comfortably sleeps 2 people and is well insulated for cosy, snug evenings and includes

  • Wood burning stove
  • Basket of firewood provided (extra logs can be purchased)
  • Sofa that converts to a double bed
  • Bed linen and towels
  • Mains electricity and bottled gas
  • Mains hot and cold water
  • Flushing toilet and washbasin/sink
