Situated in the village of Aston Somerville near Broadway, you will find this hidden gem that fulfils all your needs for relaxation, or rustic celebration. Cotswold Woodland Glamping invites you and your party of up to 25 Adults (30 including children) to come and enjoy this 12-acre woodland exclusive.
General Information
A beautiful location in the Cotswolds near the village of Broadway with a woodland site to suit the needs of most people who want to experience the outdoors in style comfort and warmth. There is direct access to a foot path that leads on to stunning walks along the River Isbourne. As well into the lovely Village of Childswickham. Here one can enjoy the abundant flora and fauna of the area in peaceful surroundings.
Our large unique site is tucked away in the woodland. Here lies 10 (8 pods until end of 2022) pods with electric and a heater for extra comfort, a large central indoor BBQ house, undercover outdoor fire pit/BBQ area, a toilet and shower block , and a kitchen area.
A Hot Tub can be hired at an additional cost.
This site is for exclusive group use and is ideal for families and friends, or any group gathering. This is a wonderful setting in which to experience woodland living from the comfort of your pod or the luxurious Swedish BBQ house, or by meandering through the 12 acres of Oak and Ash trees which make a beautiful canopy.
Accommodation
The Woodland, nestled in our 12-acre Ash and Oak coppice is in the heart of the North Cotswolds close to Broadway. It comprises of 10 pods, a central indoor BBQ house and a covered outdoor fire pit, toilets and showers, and a kitchen area with electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and up right fridge/ freezer. The site has electric and running water to offer a truly unique experience. This site is for exclusive group hire and can accommodate adult groups up to 25 and family groups of up to 30.

Our accommodation and facilities combined span across one acre of our spectacular twelve-acre woodland, leaving you plenty of room to explore. Perfect if you wish to take a stroll alongside the River Isbourne as it meanders through the fields and take in views. Additionally, the wood is home to Red Deer, Roebuck, a variety of game such as pheasant, partridge, hare, and an impressive number of birds of prey – perfect for those of you who fancy a day of wildlife spotting.
Your own private natural retreat
The Woodland has an adjacent grass field which can be used during your stay for sports, or activities that you organise for your weekend.
THINGS TO DO
We are the perfect base to explore the North Cotswolds with many attractive Cotswolds towns and villages nearby. These include Broadway, Chipping Camden, Snowshill, Stanton, Winchcombe, Morton-in-Marsh, Bought on the Water and Stow on the Wold.
You can hire bikes locally at Broadway Tower, book an outdoor yoga session, walk across the fields to the local pub – Childswickham Inn (2 miles), visit the local water park, or book a local caterer for that extra special treat.
Locally you can book Clay Pigeon shooting in a nearby village (approximately 10 milEs drive), enjoy a game of paint balling or perhaps take a tour at the local Gin distillery.
