Glamping Somerset
Run by Peter and Sarah, this farm is teeming with wildlife from barn owls to wild deer, as well as domesticated animals for you to get up close and personal with. The farm has stunning south-facing views for 20 miles to Dorset and the coast on a clear day.
Whether you are an adventurous daredevil, a contemplative soul, a child at heart (or indeed, all three!), at our Feather Down farms there will be something for all ages. Bottle-feeding little lambs during the spring, hikes galore and seas of greenery where you can relax and take in the magnificent views.
If you want to explore further, there are three AONB on your doorstep – the Blackdown Hills, Mendip Hills or Quantock Hills, all perfect for hiking and cycling. As far as more urban charms are concerned, Glastonbury is famous for King Arthur and the world’s best music festival is 30 minutes away.
