Our Glamping safari tents in Canterbury Kent are tucked away in a leafy corner of the county. Our glamping holidays at Canterbury Campsite include real beds, furniture and all your cooking facilities. Canterbury campsite is only a couple of miles from the city itself. You will be able to enjoy all the bright lights of Canterbury as and when you want it. Canterbury is historic cathedral city and a World Heritage Site and one of the country’s most visited cities. Visit the famous cathedral, St Martin’s Church, the Norman castle St Augustine’s Abbey Ruins as well as the independent shops, boutiques, cafes, restaurants and bars.
With Ready Camp, there’s no need to fill the car with camping paraphernalia and ‘just in cases’. We provide a ready-prepped safari-style tent that’s packed to the rafters with creature comforts. We’re talking real beds and bedrooms, a dining area, mini kitchen, a comfy sofa… even a corkscrew!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING
All you need to bring is bedding, towels, tea towels, blankets if you wish for chilly nights, clothing and food.
FACILITIES
Just steps from your tent are clean toilets and hot showers, children’s play area, washing up facilities, dog walking trails and an on-site holiday manager.
LOCAL AREA
City, coast and countryside is all within easy reach. Appreciate the heritage and beauty of Kent’s most famous city. The county, known as the Garden of England, has many treasures to explore. Visit Whitstable with its trendy harbour and July Oyster Festival, Herne Bay with its pastel-coloured beach huts and pier. The traditional seaside town Ramsgate is also worth a visit.
