Glamping Isle of Wight
Tom’s Eco Camp glamping at Tapnell Farm on The Isle of Wight is a short drive or scenic ride from the idyllic port of Yarmouth. Tom’s Eco Camp is a simplified version of Tom’s Eco Lodge, also at Tapnell Farm, and offers 6 larger six meter bell tents sleeping up to 6 (singles or doubles as requested) and 5 smaller four meter tents sleeping up to 3 in a double and single or 3 singles.
Stunning sea views, sandy beaches, space to roam and so much to do, creates the perfect place to be. Perfect for an adventurous or relaxing family holiday, group get together, party or even romantic hideaway. No need to venture far – we have our very own Cow Co restaurant on the Farm producing beef and dairy brilliance!
We also have a Farm Park – one of the biggest indoor attractions on the island, gift shop, cafe, and our Isle of Wight Adventure Activities, Top Target Clay Shooting and Wight Cycle Hire.
The wonderful Team at Tapnell farm are always keen to share their knowledge and passion for the countryside with you. Come rain or shine, you can ask as many questions as you like and get the best inside knowledge and hidden gems that need to be explored!

THE ISLE OF WIGHT
The Isle of Wight is celebrated historically for the world’s largest sailing regatta, Cowes Week, Queen Victoria’s Osbourne House, great locally farmed produce and the world’s largest ever festival, Isle of Wight 1970 (600,000 on the downs). Today the Island has even more to shout about. All year round the Island plays host to festivals of music, film, sports, food and drink, including The Isle of Wight Festival, Cowes Week, Yarmouth Old Gaffers, The Bestival, The Rhythm Tree Festival, The Minghella Film Festival, The Island Games and The Garlic Festival. The great thing about being a small island is that you are never far from the coastline, with its many miles of great beaches to discover. Whether you are looking to play, relax, walk, ride, sail, surf, kite or swim there are beaches for you. Our local favourites are Compton and Freshwater Bay. For food and drink lovers, great pubs, cafes, farm shops, vineyards and tasty restaurants welcome you all over the Island.
