Glamping Isle of Wight
Wight Classic Camping on the Isle of Wight offers two gorgeous safari tents and a lodge set in peaceful woodland, just a short walk down a bridleway from the beautiful Newtown Creek. Only 5 miles from both Cowes and Yarmouth, it’s the perfect location allowing you to explore the rest of the Island as well as enjoy the beauty on your doorstep.
Set alongside a working farm, our countryside retreats give you the chance to experience rural living with home comforts in a stunning setting.
SAFARI TENTS
You’re in for a comfy stay with a kitchen, furniture, proper beds in proper bedrooms, bathroom with hot showers and heating. You’ll need to step outside to remind yourself you’re in the woods.
We currently have two woodland safari tents Hedgehog’s Den and Squirrel’s Drey sleeping up to 7 people.
Facilities include:
- One double bedroom (sleeps 2)
- Bunk and trundle room (sleeps 3)
- Sofa bed in the lounge (sleeps 2)
- Bed linen and essentials including towels, soap and toilet paper
- Kitchen with basics such as oven, fridge, pots and pans, crockery and utensils

JILL’S LODGE
The Lodge is a short walk from the safari tents. This beautifully rural and remote lodge is a really special treat offering:
- Double bed
- Bed linen and essentials including towels, soap and toilet paper
- Shower room
- Comfy corner sofa with the ability to convert into a small double bed too
- Kitchen with basics such as oven, fridge, pots and pans, crockery and utensils
