Glamping Hertfordshire and London Area
Our glamping campsite at Hertford Readycamp in Hertfordshire is a wonderful spot for a luxury glamping escape. Based on the outskirts of the market town of Hertford the glamping campsite is surrounded by beautiful countryside. It’s the best of the great outdoors with a little extra indulgence for our guests. With country walks, amazing rural views and local market towns the Home Counties are a nature-lover’s paradise. You can not go far in Hertfordshire without bumping into some history such as a famous landmark or piece of heritage. There are National Trust houses such as Knebworth House and Waltham Abbey that must be seen
Hertford is an easy walk from the site. Here you can follow the River Lea towpath walk, visit the town square or stock up at the monthly market.
With Ready Camp, there’s no need to fill the car with camping paraphernalia and ‘just in cases’. We provide a ready-prepped safari-style tent that’s packed to the rafters with creature comforts. We’re talking real beds and bedrooms, a dining area, mini kitchen, a comfy sofa… even a corkscrew!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING
All you need to bring is bedding, towels, tea towels, blankets if you wish for chilly nights, clothing and food.
FACILITIES
Lots of on-site facilities such as hot showers, toilets, washing machine and dryers, a kids play area and an on-site holiday manager.
LOCAL AREA
Our Hertford glamping campsite is within easy reach of London, great for day trips or for Londoners a rural retreat for the weekend. Do you enjoy cycling? If so try out the Cole Green Way which is about one mile from our Hertford glamping campsite. Cole Way Green is part of the National Cycle Network featuring an old railway line, canal towpaths and quiet country lanes.
